In 1976, Charter Mortgage began serving the home mortgage needs of
New Mexico by offering great rates coupled with local, personal service. Since
then, the company has grown to include Charter Bank, Charter Insurance and
Charter Commercial Mortgage. In January 2007, Charter opened a specialty
lending office in Denver, Colorado to offer
wholesale table funded loans through the mortgage
broker.
